Formerly Nancy Mason, Reynolds is one of the most experienced players on the Tour (she ranks third among active players in domestic events), is playing the best volleyball of her career. She collected 23 podium finishes on the AVP Crocs Tour from 2003 to 2006, accomplishing that with six different partners. In 2007 she reached the top 20 in career domestic earnings.

In 2005, she ranked fifth on the AVP Tour in digs (689). She was ninth in 2006 in kills (6.65 per game) and 10th in digs (5.04 per game). 

Reuniting with long-time partner Carrie Busch, Reynolds finished third in eight tournaments during the 2004 season and became a viable, forceful threat on the women's side. Busch and Reynolds finished fourth in their attempt to qualify for the 2004 Olympics.

Reynolds was named AVP Most Improved Player in 2003 the same year she finished second in the San Diego Open with then partner Dianne DeNecochea. 

Other accolades include a third place finish in 2000 at the International Finals in Brazil with Leanne McSorley. That same year, Reynolds finished in the final four of the Queen of the Beach Invitational in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2001, Reynolds and McSorley teamed together in Clearwater, Fla. and handed the first-ever loss to the team of Misty May-Treanor / Kerri Walsh.

Reynolds was a four-year letterman in volleyball at Indiana University, where she earned Academic All-League honors and a Big 10 Scholar-Athlete Award as a senior. She played in all but two matches in her four years at IU and graduated with a B.A. in Marketing/Advertising.

Reynolds grew up in Belleville, Illinois alongside her brothers Mark and Michael. She says her greatest accomplishments include her "friends, her family and her life."
