2009: Prior to the season again played with Ivy on the New Zealand Tour, winning an event. 
2008: Enjoying their best season to date, the sisters reached their first AVP semifinal in Louisville after knocking off four teams seeded 10th or higher. They again placed third in Belmar, this time defeating two teams seeded fifth or higher. In the season finale in Manhattan Beach, the duo placed seventh, their best in this storied event, and also became just the second team to compete together in 80 domestic tournaments. For the second time in her career, Tracy ended with a top 20 ranking in terms of season points. She was fourth in kills per game (7.04) and ninth in digs per game (5.48).
2007: Prior to the season played with Ashley Ivy on the New Zealand Tour, winning a pair of events. Jones and Jameson played their best in the two tournaments closest to their hometown, in Huntington Beach and Long Beach, finishing fifth in each.
2006: Before the domestic season began, competed with Courtney Guerra on the New Zealand Tour, with a best of third. The sisters again started the season well, with a seventh in Ft. Lauderdale, and in Santa Barbara placed fifth to tie their best. In both of those tournaments they had lost in the second round and fought through the contender's bracket. In July the duo went to Cypress for an FIVB Challenger event, and after emerging from the qualifier, lost in the first round but bounced back with four straight wins en route to claiming the bronze medal.
2005: Prior to the season Tracy played on the New Zealand Tour with Clair Robertson with a best of second. On the AVP, Jones and Jameson started the season with a new high, fifth place in Ft. Lauderdale. They later added a pair of sevenths and four ninths. Tracy was ninth in hitting percentage (.416).
2004: After equaling their AVP best of ninth place twice, Jones and Jameson ended the season with two sevenths in the final three tournaments. In Hermosa Beach the duo placed seventh after becoming the lowest seeded team to defeat Annett Davis and Jenny Johnson Jordan in their AVP careers to that point (later surpassed in 2007 by Jones and Jameson). Tracy was third on the tour in digs per game (5.13).
2003: Jones and Jameson placed ninth three times and for the first time earned a top-20 ranking at the end of the season.
2002: Partnered with Katie for four events, with a best of ninth.
2001: Played in two AVP events with her sister with a best of ninth place.
2000: Jones played in her first pro beach volleyball event in Seal Beach with her sister Katie, finishing 17th.

College: A setter at USC, she led the Trojans to the NCAA Title in 2002. Her great grandparents, grandparents, uncle and father all attended USC, and her grandfather and father were multi-sport athletes there. Jones graduated with a B.S. in General Studies (Elementary Education) with a concentration in geography, as well as a teaching credential. Upon leaving USC, she ranked fourth in career assists. She won the gold medal at the first-ever World University Beach Volleyball Championships held in Guadalupe of the French Antilles with Chrissie Zartman, then placed fourth in the second event in Thailand in 2004.

Personal: Formerly Tracy Lindquist, Jones is the youngest of three girls, and her father coached high school volleyball. In 1997 at the age of 16, she and Zartman, who was 13, were the youngest players to ever receive an AAA beach rating. She played on the high school team with her older sister Katie for one season, helping her team to the 1997 California state championship. In 1999 she was chosen to Volleyball Magazine's Feb 50 list. In 2000 she and Katie were selected by USA Volleyball to play in the Tel Aviv Open, which they won. Her older sister Katie played volleyball at San Diego while the oldest sister Patricia played basketball and lacrosse at Pepperdine. In December 2008 she married Hayden Jones, whom she met on the New Zealand Tour.
