College: Baily plays beach volleyball at Pepperdine.

Personal: Baily has an older brother, Austin and an older sister, Kaity, who also plays beach volleyball at Pepperdine. Her mother, Michele, was on the swim team at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo while her uncle, Mike Schaffer, was on the swim team at UC Santa Barbara and was a finalist in the 200 butterfly at the 1988 Olympic Trials. Baily's grandfather, Frank, played basketball at UC Santa Barbara.
