College: Loitz played one season at Pepperdine as a libero.
She then transferred to Villanova, where she was an outside hitter for
three seasons. Loitz was First Team All-Big East all three years, and
left the program ranked sixth all time in kills per set (3.46), ending
with 1,042. Loitz played one year of beach volleyball at Long Beach
State.
Personal: Loitz has two older
brothers, Patrick and Landon. In high school her team won four
consecutive league titles, and she was twice named the league's MVP.
