College: Bridges played four years as a middle blocker at Hartford. Her sophomore season she set the school record with 1.04 blocks per set. As a junior she led the conference in hitting percentage, kills per set, blocks per set and points per set, and was the America East Player of the Year. Bridges was again named the conference Player of the Year as a senior, and was named All-America Honorable Mention, the first from her school to ever receive that honor. She broke her own program record for single season hitting percentage (.371). On the career charts, Bridges left the program with the highest hitting percentage (.301), total blocks (362), solo blocks (74), block assists (288) and blocks per set (.97).
Personal: Bridges was the 2015 Rhode Island Gatorade Player of the Year, and ended her career with 963 kills, 212 blocks and 112 aces. She led her team to a state championship as a junior and the team was 36-1 her last two years.
