College: Alden redshirted her first season of beach volleyball at UCLA, then went 29-6 in her first year playing alongside Natalie Myszkowski on court five.
Personal: Alden's mother Gwen played volleyball at the University of Missouri, while her father Joe played lacrosse at Nazareth College. Her sister Ellie played indoor volleyball at the University of Chicago while her other sister Allyson played both indoor and beach at San Jose State. Alden won the CIF D1 championship while playing with her sister Allyson. In high school she accumulated over 1,000 kills and 150 aces in her career, and was named AVCA High School All-Region, AVCA Best and Brightest, and was the League Player of the Year in 2021.
