College: Bukovec played indoors at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada for one season, leading her team in kills and aces. She played her sophomore season indoors at Long Beach State, helping the team to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Bukovec then transferred to Southern Cal to play beach volleyball. Her first season she was named an AVCA All-American after posting a 33-10 record alongside Alexa Strange. As a junior Bukovec, one of the team captains, and Strange had a 33-9 match record, and the Trojans won the inaugural NCAA beach volleyball national championship. In her senior season, Bukovec played primarily with Allie Wheeler, compiling a 27-7 match mark as the Trojans again won the National Championship and she was against named AVCA All-American. She finished her career with 66 wins alongside Strange, the third most in USC history. Individually she tallied a mark of 93-26
Personal: Bukovec comes from an athletic family, as her twin sister Stephanie played soccer at Oakland University, her sister Natalie played soccer at McMaster University in Canada, and her brother Matthew played basketball at Humber College in Canada.
