Hosley played at Springfield College, helping the team to three straight Molten Division III Volleyball Championships and he was selected to the 2001 All-Tournament Team. Nicknamed "Hoz," he received the 2001 Springfield College Freshman Male Team Athlete-of-the-Year Award. Hosley graduated with a B.S. in Physical Education, and currently teaches 6th-8th grade P.E. in East Greenbush, N.Y.
