Born in Israel and came to the University of Hawaii at Manoa in '99. Played for the Warriors as an outside hitter and served as the team captain all 4 years including the 2002 NCAA national championship title season. Completed a BS in Information and Computer Science with minor in Business.
Started playing on the AVP in 2006 and together with partner Mike Thornton made AVP history in Santa Barbara as the lowest seeded team (86th) to make in to the main draw in his first ever event.
