Bio Bits

Fair was born in South Carolina but was raised in California. Has a younger brother, Skylar, and her mom is her best friend. Fair's first year of collegiate volleyball was at College of Southern Idaho where she was an All-American and led her team to a national championship. She transferred to Golden West College, again being named All-American and helping her team win the state championship. She spent her last two years of college at the University of Minnesota, leaving the school with the highest career attack percentage and best single season blocks total.

Following graduation, "Nette" was on the U.S. National Team in 2001, and played professionally in both Spain and Finland.
